If you are able to log in, you can request account deletion using the link below. You will be asked to log in to verify your identity.
If you are unable to log in (for example, you no longer have access to your email address or credentials), you can still request account deletion.

To preserve operational records and reporting accuracy, bookings are not always removed entirely. Instead, bookings associated with a deleted account are anonymised:

Retained data is kept only for the legally required period (typically up to 6 years).
Once deletion is completed, your account cannot be restored.
