1.1 At Make a Rezzy, we use cookies to enhance your experience on our platform and to provide you with personalised services. This Cookies Policy outlines how we use cookies, what types of cookies we use, and how you can manage your cookie preferences.

1.2 Cookies are small text files stored in your computer to enhance user experience, support some functionality and for analytics.

1.4 The essential cookies we use are necessary for the operation of our platform and cannot be disabled. However, you may disable non-essential cookies by changing your cookie preferences.

1.5 We reserve the right to change our Cookies Policy at any time without any notice.

3. Third-Party Cookies

The following outlines the use of third-party cookies on our platform, the purpose of the cookies and whether they are essential or non-essential.

3.1. Google Analytics (Non-Essential)

3.1.1 Our Site uses Google Analytics to help measure our analytics on Our Site. The use of this tool requires cookies.

3.2.2 This data that we share with Facebook is known as Business Tool data, to learn more about how the data is used please visit Facebook Business Tools Terms.

3.2.3 On restaurant booking pages, we also use Facebook Pixel to measure the advertising we run for restaurants on our platform and to show adverts for those restaurants to people who have viewed their booking pages. This only happens if you have accepted cookies.

3.3 Bing (Non-Essential)

3.3.1 Our Site uses Bing's analytics tools to help measure analytics on Our Site. The use of this tool requires cookies and passing information about your interactions onto Bing.

3.4 LinkedIn (Non-Essential)

3.5 Sentry (Essential)

3.5.1 We use Sentry to help us monitor and fix errors on our platform. The use of this tool requires cookies and passing information about your interactions onto Sentry.

4. Our Own Analytics and Booking Attribution

4.1 If you accept cookies, we store a random visitor identifier and, where you arrived from an advert or campaign link, the campaign details from that link in your browser's local storage. We use these to understand how visitors find and use our platform, and to tell the restaurants listed on our platform which of their marketing brought them bookings.

4.2 If you decline cookies, we do not store a visitor identifier and do not track your visits.

4.3 Separately from cookies, when you make a booking from a page you reached via an advert or campaign link, we record the campaign details that were in that page's address against the booking. This does not use cookies or local storage and does not identify you across visits; we use it, in our and the restaurant's legitimate interest, to report which marketing brought the restaurant its bookings.
