What we do when you switch
Changing booking system is the last thing you need on top of running a restaurant. Tell us you're moving from Quandoo and we'll do the heavy lifting, so you can keep your attention on service.
- Your guest list
- Download your guest list from Quandoo and send it to us. We'll import it for you, so your regulars are on file from your first service.
- Your upcoming bookings
- Bookings made on Quandoo for dates after 30 September are still valid. Send us the details and we'll put them in your new diary before the guests arrive.
- Your tables and booking page
- We'll help you set up your floor plan, opening hours and booking page, and add your booking link to your website, Google profile and Instagram.
- Three months free
- No cover fees for your first three months while you settle in. After that it's £1 per cover, capped at £99 a month, with no subscription.
Your switch, step by step

Export your guest list from Quandoo
Download it from your Quandoo dashboard, or ask Quandoo's support team for an export. Do it early: restaurants lose access on 1 October, and everything goes offline on 31 December.

Gather bookings after 30 September
Quandoo passes you the details of bookings made for dates after its last day. Keep them together so we can add them to your diary.

Book your switch call
We'll set up your account with you, import your guest list and bookings, and walk your team through the diary.

Swap your booking links
Replace Quandoo's booking button on your website, Google profile and Instagram with your Make a Rezzy booking page, and new bookings come straight to you.
Choose a platform you can leave
Quandoo's closure is a reminder that your guest list shouldn't live on someone else's platform. On Make a Rezzy, every guest who books with you is recorded against your business, and you can export the whole guest list to a spreadsheet whenever you like.

Quandoo's closure, asked and answered
When does Quandoo stop taking bookings?
Quandoo's last day for new bookings is 30 September 2026, which is also the last dining date diners can choose. From 1 October restaurants can no longer manage bookings through Quandoo, and its website, app and remaining systems go offline on 31 December 2026.
What happens to Quandoo bookings for dates after 30 September?
They're still valid. Quandoo passes the booking details to the restaurant, and diners are asked to contact the restaurant directly. Send them to us when you switch and we'll add them to your Make a Rezzy diary.
Can you move my guest list from Quandoo?
Yes. Export your guest list from Quandoo and send it to us, and we'll import it into Make a Rezzy for you. Do it before 31 December, when Quandoo goes offline for good.
Can I send marketing emails to my Quandoo guests?
Not straight away. Consent to marketing email has to come from the guest, so imported guests aren't opted in. Every time they book online with you they're offered the choice, so your list of opted-in guests grows as they come back.
What does three months free include?
No cover fees for your first three months on Make a Rezzy, for restaurants moving from Quandoo. After that it's £1 per cover, capped at £99 a month, with no subscription.
