One widget, every restaurant in the group
-
Guests choose the venue
The widget shows a Venue dropdown with your own restaurant first, so a guest can book any venue in the group without leaving the page.
-
Each venue keeps its own rules
A booking lands in the diary of the venue the guest chose, with that venue's opening times, deposit rules and integrations.
-
One embed on your site
Paste the widget once. Venues in the group that are live and take table bookings appear in the dropdown for you.
Booked the wrong venue? Move it, don't re-key it
Open the booking, choose Move to another venue, pick the venue and check the date and time. The booking keeps its reference, party size, requests and any deposit paid.
It takes on the new venue's sitting time and cancellation terms, and the guest receives a confirmation from the venue they're now booked at.
- Nothing to re-enter
- The guest's details, requests and deposit travel with the booking.
- A table is checked first
- If no table is free at the new venue at that time, the move is refused and you can choose another time.
- Guest told for you
- The new venue sends the guest a confirmation as soon as the move is made.
Each venue still runs its own service
-
Their own diary and floor plan
Every venue's bookings sit in its own diary, so the team on the floor sees their own evening and nobody else's.
-
Their own team
Moving a booking needs someone who is on the team at the receiving venue, so a booking never lands somewhere nobody is expecting it.
Questions about multi-venue groups
Can one booking widget take bookings for several venues?
Yes. Guests choose a venue from a dropdown in the widget, with your own restaurant selected first. Each booking lands in the diary of the venue they chose, with that venue's opening times, deposit rules and integrations.
Which venues appear in the widget?
Venues in your group that are live and take table bookings. You can also leave the group out of a widget so that it books one venue alone.
What if a guest books the wrong venue?
Open the booking and move it to the right venue. It keeps its reference, party size, requests and any deposit paid, and the guest gets a confirmation from the new venue.
What happens if the other venue is full?
The move is refused when no table is free at that time, and you can choose another time instead.
How do I get my venues grouped?
Get in touch and we'll talk through your venues. Once they're grouped, you choose in the widget configurator whether to offer every venue.
