However you run your day, it books
-
Classes on your timetable
Run a class at 18:00 and another at 19:30, weekly, daily or on one-off dates. Each session has its own spots, and guests see how many are left as they book.
-
Appointments that flow
You choose how often appointments start, and guests only see times that are genuinely free, so every booking fits.
-
Open access, on your terms
For a spa, a pool or a play space, set the entry times and let guests book their party in.
Your services, your rules
Every service is set up the way you want it sold: its own lengths, its own prices, its own way of taking payment, its own team.
Take a deposit, take full payment up front, or let guests pay on arrival, whichever suits each service. Offer a 30, 60 or 90-minute version of the same treatment, and, if you like, let guests pick who they see.
- Any length, any price
- Add an option for each version of a service, and guests pick the one they want.
- Payment, service by service
- Free, pay on arrival, pay online or a deposit, with a free-cancellation window you choose.
- Let guests choose their person
- For appointments, switch it on if you'd like guests to pick a team member.
One diary for everything you offer
-
Your whole day, in one view
Every class, appointment and session lands in one diary, and the calendar shows your day by team member and service.
-
Timetables that move with you
Add a period for summer hours or a festival fortnight and the timetable switches over and back by itself. Your team can still squeeze a regular into a full class.
-
Tables fit right in
Run a restaurant alongside a spa or a studio and tables share the same diary and guest list, so a guest who books both is one guest.
Questions about classes and appointments
Can guests book classes and appointments online?
Yes. Guests pick a service from your services page, choose a time and book, with spots, team members and payment handled for you. Everything lands in one diary and one guest list.
Can I take table bookings as well?
Yes. Run a restaurant alongside a spa or a studio and take bookings for both in one place, with one diary and one guest list for your whole business. Run services alone and you never need to touch tables.
What kinds of service can I offer?
Classes with a set number of spots, appointments that start every few minutes throughout the day, and open-access sessions where guests enter at set times, like a spa entry. Mix them as you like.
Can guests choose who they book with?
Only if you want them to. Switch it on and guests will see a list of your team members and pick one, or choose "No preference".
How can I take payment for a service?
Your way, service by service: free, paid on arrival, paid online or booked with a deposit. For online payments and deposits you choose how long before the booking a guest can cancel for free.
Can a service come in different lengths and prices?
Yes. Add an option for each version, such as a 30, 60 or 90-minute massage, each with its own duration and price, and guests pick the one they want.
