Stop guessing which marketing works
Most restaurant marketing is a bit of everything: a post here, a flyer there, an ad when it's quiet. When a busy Friday comes round there's no telling which of them filled it, so next month's time and money get spread the same way again.
Every Google ad we run for you through our restaurant advertising is tracked from the click to the table, with what each campaign cost beside the bookings and covers it brought in. You can see which ad earns its keep and put your budget behind it.
Running your own Instagram or Facebook ads? Give each one its own tracking link and see which of them brings in bookings.
Put your effort where the bookings are
-
See what each place brings in
Clicks, bookings and covers for every link, so you know whether your Instagram bio or your Google profile fills more tables.
-
Turn your menu into a booking channel
Download a QR code for your menu, your tables or a flyer. Guests who scan it and book are counted, so you can see which print brings bookings.
-
Ready in a moment
Choose where you'll share the link and the rest is filled in for you, then copy it or download its QR code.
Bookings, not just likes
Likes and follows feel good, but they don't fill tables. A guest who taps your link inside Instagram, or scans a code on the table, usually arrives with nothing to say where they came from, so you can't tell whether all those hours on social media are bringing in bookings or just applause.
A tracking link carries that with it, so every booking is counted against the place that earned it.
Bookings made through your links sit alongside the ones from your website, your email campaigns and your ads in your restaurant analytics, so you see where all of your guests come from in one place.
- A link for every place you share
- Your Instagram bio, Facebook page, Google Business Profile, email signature, menu, tables and flyers.
- Straight to booking
- Send guests to your booking page or straight to the booking form, ready to choose a time.
- Count guests, not clicks
- See the covers each link brings in, so the post that brings many bookings stands out from the one that brings only a few.
Questions about tracking links
What is a restaurant tracking link?
A short link you share in one place, such as your Instagram bio, your Google Business Profile or a QR code on the menu. Guests who open it land on your booking page, and every booking they make is counted against the link.
Why not share my normal booking link?
A guest who taps your booking link inside Instagram, or scans a QR code on a flyer, arrives with nothing to say where they came from. A tracking link carries that information, so you can see which places bring in bookings.
Can I make a QR code for my menu or tables?
Yes. Every tracking link comes with a QR code you can download, ready to send to your printer or drop into your menu or flyers.
What can I see for each link?
How many times it was opened, how many bookings were made through it and how many guests those bookings bring, for the dates you choose.
Can I see which of my ads brings in bookings?
Yes. Google ads we run for you are tracked for you, with what each campaign cost beside its bookings, covers and cost per booking. For ads you run yourself, give each one its own tracking link and see the bookings it brings in.
Where can I share a tracking link?
Anywhere you reach guests: your Instagram bio, your Facebook page, your Google Business Profile, your email signature, your menu, your tables and your flyers. Choose the place and the rest is filled in for you.
What happens to a QR code I have already printed?
It keeps working. When you stop using a link you can archive it, and any QR code already in print still takes guests to your booking page and its bookings are still counted.
Do tracking links cost extra?
No. Tracking links are included in every account, as many as you need.
