Campaigns for the moments that matter
A quiet-Tuesday offer, a new seasonal menu, Mother's Day bookings opening: write it once and send it to the right guests. Choose all your opted-in guests, a saved segment, or tune the audience by visits, last visit or tag, with a live count as you go.
Emails carry your restaurant's name and branding, with an optional photo and a button to your booking page. Send straight away or schedule it, and replies come straight to your business email.
- Greets every guest by name
- Insert the guest's first name, with a friendly fallback for anyone whose name isn't on file.
- Built from your guest list
- Audiences come from the same guest profiles as your bookings, so "not seen since spring" really means it.
- Tracked links
- Links are tagged automatically, so your website analytics show the visits each campaign brings.
Automations that send themselves
Start from a recommended automation, or build your own from guest filters or a saved segment. Each one keeps watching your guest list and emails every guest who matches.
-
We miss you
Guests who haven't visited in a while, 60 days to start with. It can email them again if they come back and later drift away.
-
Welcome
Guests after their first completed visit, while the meal is still fresh in their mind.
-
Loyalty thank you
Guests who reach a number of visits, five to start with.
-
VIP thank you
Your highest-spending guests, so they know they're noticed.
Every automation starts by queuing matching guests for you to approve. When you trust it, switch it to send on its own.
AI that knows your bookings
Not sure what to send? Make a Rezzy's AI agent looks at your own bookings, such as quiet weekdays, guests you haven't seen in a while and dates worth marking, and proposes campaigns with the reason behind each and a complete email already drafted.
Make a Rezzy's AI agent drafts the email from a line or two of what you want to say: the subject, preview line, message, button and sign-off. Everything stays editable, and nothing is sent until you've reviewed it.
-
Ideas grounded in real numbers

Questions about email marketing
Who can I send marketing emails to?
Guests who have opted in to email from your restaurant. They're offered an unticked opt-in box when they book, consent is checked again at the moment of sending, and every email carries an unsubscribe link.
How many emails can I send?
Up to 1,000 marketing emails a month, across campaigns and automations. Booking confirmations and other emails about a guest's booking don't count towards that.
Do replies come to me?
Yes. Emails are sent from your restaurant's name and replies go to your business email address.
Can I see how a campaign did?
Each campaign shows how many guests it was sent to, any addresses it couldn't reach and how many guests unsubscribed. Links are tagged automatically, so your website analytics show visits from each campaign. Open and click tracking is coming soon.
