Every event has a limit type that decides when it stops taking bookings. Pick the one that matches what you're actually selling.

    Closes once a set number of guests are booked that day. Right for tasting menus and supper clubs.

    Closes after a set number of bookings, whatever the party size. Right for workshops and classes.

    Uses your normal table availability, for a sit-down event running alongside service.

Take the money when it suits you

Charge the full ticket price at booking, a deposit per guest, payment on arrival, or nothing at all. The amount is worked out from the party size.

For paid events, set how many hours before the event a guest can cancel for a full refund. Refunds inside that window happen on their own, just like table deposits.

Questions about events and ticketing

What kind of events can I sell?

Anything that doesn't fit your normal service: tasting menus, supper clubs, set menu dinners, Mother's Day, workshops and classes.

Can I take full payment up front?

Yes. Choose pay online to take the full ticket price at booking, or a deposit per guest with the balance paid on the night. Events can also be free or paid on arrival.

What happens if a guest cancels?

For paid events you set how many hours before the event a guest can cancel for a full refund, and the refund is made automatically.

Can I limit how many people book?

Yes. Cap an event by total guests or total bookings per day, run it on your normal table availability, or leave it unlimited. You can also set the smallest and largest party you'll take.

Is there a ticketing fee?

No separate one. Events are included in every account, and event covers are charged like any other booking, at $1.25 per seated cover. up to the monthly cap of $125.
