The same Make a Rezzy account works across the management web app, the mobile app, and the customer site you might use to leave a review at another restaurant. This article covers signing in, signing in with Google, resetting a forgotten password, and changing the one you have.
Signing in
Sign in to the management app at manage.makearezzy.com. Two ways:
- Email and password. The classic route — type the address your account was set up under, and your password.
- Google. Click Continue with Google and pick the Google account linked to your email. If this is the first time you have used Google sign-in, you will be asked for a few extra account details on the next screen before you land in the app.
Once signed in, you land on your list of businesses — see Managing multiple businesses.
Open the Make a Rezzy app and tap Sign in. Use the same email and password you would use on the management web app. There is no separate mobile account.
Google sign-in on mobile is in the works. For now, sign in with email and password, or use the web app for the Google route.
Resetting a forgotten password
- Go to the sign-in screen on the management web app and click Forgot password?.
- Enter the email address on your account and submit.
- Check your inbox for an email from Make a Rezzy with a reset link. The link is single-use and expires after a short window, so use it as soon as you receive it.
- Pick a new password and confirm it. You will be signed in automatically once the new password is set.
If the email does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder, then confirm the address on your account is the one you entered. If you are not sure, email support@makearezzy.com and we can confirm the email on file.
Changing your password
To change your password while you are already signed in, go to https://www.makearezzy.com/accounts/change-password/. Type the current password once, then the new one twice. The change takes effect immediately.
Where to go next

- Inviting your team — getting colleagues set up with their own accounts.
- Deleting your account — what happens to access and data if you remove your account.
