Your profile and preferences

The account page in the management app is where you look after the details that belong to you rather than to a restaurant: your name, your password, the venues you belong to, and how dates and times are shown to you across the app.

Opening your account page

In the management app, choose My account at the bottom of the sidebar.

Updating your name

Under Your details, choose Edit, change your first or last name, and save. Your name is what your teammates see on the Users page of each venue.

Date, time and timezone preferences

Under Date & time display you can choose how dates and times are written throughout the management app:

  • Format. Pick the style you are used to — for example day first with a 24-hour clock (31/12/2026, 14:30) or month first with a 12-hour clock (12/31/2026, 2:30 PM). Out of the box, the app follows your browser's own language settings.
  • Timezone. Choose which clock booking times are shown on:
    • My device's timezone — times follow the device you are reading them on. This is the standard setting.
    • Each restaurant's local time — pages for a venue follow that venue's own clock. Handy if you look after restaurants in more than one country: a Lisbon venue's calendar reads in Lisbon time, a New York venue's in New York time. Each venue's timezone is set on its business details page — see Setting up your business.
    • A specific timezone — every time in the app is shown in one timezone of your choosing, whichever venue you are looking at.

Your restaurants and roles

The Your restaurants section lists every venue your account belongs to, along with your role in each — Owner, Admin, or Staff. Choose a venue to jump straight to its calendar. Roles are set per venue by that venue's owners and admins — see Inviting your team.

Changing your password

Under Change password, type your current password, then your new one twice, and choose Update password. Use it from your next sign-in. If you have forgotten your current password, use the reset link on the sign-in page instead — see Signing in and changing your password.
