Changing your plan

Make a Rezzy has one pricing model, not a ladder of plans. There is nothing to upgrade to and nothing to downgrade from — every feature is available to every business on the same rate. This article explains what that means for you as you grow, shrink, or change shape.

One model, every feature

Whether you take ten covers a week or a thousand, you get the same booking widget, the same Explore page, the same Calendar, the same Floor Plans, the same Analytics, and the same support. The only thing that changes month to month is the bill, and that is capped — see Billing and invoices for the rate and the cap.

"What happens if I grow?"

The monthly cap is the answer. Once you hit it, every additional cover that month is included at no extra charge. The cap resets at the start of each calendar month, so a quiet month costs less than a busy one — never the other way around.

No tier change, no contract renegotiation, no new feature gates to unlock. The platform behaves the same way at any volume.

"What happens if I take a break?"

Months with no bookings are not charged. If you close for the summer or pause bookings during a refit, the bill for those months is zero.

There is no need to formally pause anything — just stop taking bookings through Make a Rezzy. When you start again, the rate picks up where it left off.

"What if I open a second restaurant?"

Each business has its own meter. A second restaurant under the same account is billed separately, on the same per-cover rate and with its own monthly cap. See Managing multiple businesses for the operational side of running more than one.

"What if I want to cancel?"

There is no contract to end. If you stop taking bookings, you stop being charged. To remove the data entirely, see Deleting your account.
