Billing and invoices

Make a Rezzy charges per cover — a single, transparent rate with a monthly cap. There is no monthly subscription, no contract, and no charge in months you take no bookings. This article runs through what you pay, when you pay it, and where to find your invoices.

The pricing model

The headline rate is on our pricing page and depends on the country of your business:

  • United Kingdom: £1 per cover, capped at £99 per month.
  • United States: $1.25 per cover, capped at $125 per month.

A cover is one guest seated for one booking. Covers count once per guest per visit — repeat visitors are counted each time. Bookings that were Cancelled before the guest arrived, or marked No-Show, do not count.

What does not count toward the bill

  • Cancelled bookings. If the guest cancels, or you cancel the booking before they arrive, it is not charged.
  • No-shows. Bookings marked as No-Show are not charged.
  • Walk-ins or bookings you created yourself. Only bookings recorded in Make a Rezzy by your guests count. If you take a walk-in and mark it in the app, or if you create a booking yourself for a guest who called you, those do not count toward the bill.

Finding your invoices

Invoices and receipts are issued by the Make a Rezzy team once per calendar month and sent to the email address on the account. There is no in-app invoice list at the moment — if you need a copy of a past invoice, or your invoices need to go to a different address (your accountant's, say), email support@makearezzy.com and we will send it across.

Changing the billing email

The billing email currently matches the account owner's email. To move billing to a different address — for example to your accounts team — email support@makearezzy.com with the new address and we will update the records.
