Tables, services, or both

Make a Rezzy works for restaurants, for wellness and fitness venues, and for businesses that are both — a hotel with a restaurant and a spa, a café that runs classes. Your business is set up to offer table bookings, bookable services, or both, and the manager site tailors itself to match.

What each option changes

Table bookings cover the restaurant side: the calendar of table reservations, floor plans, availability and meal periods, and the website widget. If your business does not take table bookings, those sections are hidden from the left-hand menu so your team only sees what applies to you, and your business is left out of the restaurant search and Explore pages on Make a Rezzy — guests find you through your own listing page and your services page instead.

Services cover bookable sessions — classes, appointments, and open-access entries. When your business offers services and is live on Make a Rezzy, a Services section appears in the left-hand menu, your listing gains a Book a Service button, and your services page goes live for guests.

A hybrid business simply has both switched on. Table bookings and service bookings share one diary, one guest book, and the same booking statuses — your team works from a single list either way.

Changing what your business offers

What your business offers is set by Make a Rezzy when your account is created. To change it — say you are adding treatments to a restaurant, or dropping table bookings at a studio — email support@makearezzy.com and we will switch it over for you. We respond within 5 working days.
